Eco, sustainable, green – terms that are essential but also ubiquitous. How do you help a company that helps to organize sustainable film productions and not to get its brand confused with eco-tablets for the dishwasher – or anything else green?

SOLUTION

It's time to resurrect the revolutionary spirit of big dreams that belong to film and to the struggle for a better planet. And distill it into a modernist, elegant, and unmistakable look.

Film productions are burdened by high consumption and waste. BGreen is a company that helps them to move towards sustainable processes. It offers consultancy as well as specific, tailor-made solutions. So its service is particular, but the "sustainability industry" as a whole is buried under clichés. What does being green really mean in terms of design and communication?

If we don't just take this word as a superficial greenwashing label, then it is a call for change. And as such, it is timeless. As is the spirit of modernism, the artistic movement that was the most powerful vehicle for revolutions – in thought, and in design too.

We designed a simple websit built on a formalist language. The central message is rendered in a purely modernist Futura font from 1927. The dreamy background color palette contains a subliminal message – it is derived from the colors of coral reefs. To lighten the overall feel we added a touch of highly contemporary visual language in the form of faux-naive comic illustrations complementing the website.

Lean and mean website

We made the most of the relatively limited budget of a small company by building a brand identity on a clean, distinctive website, font, logo, and associated visual assets.

The Whole brand package

The logo, font, and color palette we created are used by BGreen for all communication materials online and offline and make it stand out from the green crowd. Simple, affordable, and effective – in other words, purely sustainable solution.
