Management of the design for the largest loyalty program in the Czech Republic
We have designed the online pages of the largest loyalty program in the Czech Republic, which is used by almost 1.2 million people.
Almost every Czech knows the IKEA Family card. But the most benefit they expect to see is a discount on a hot dog. Our task was to provide users with a full-fledged platform that clearly presents and allows users to take full advantage of the wide range of services that IKEA has to offer in this program.
Our cooperation with IKEA has been long-lasting. During our cooperation, we went through the phases of idea workshops, which addressed the direction of the entire program. We participated in the creation of the structure and the final design. We coordinated the supply structure, which serves the back-end operation of the project, and we implemented the project through third-party API solutions defined by us (e.g. connection to Adastra applications, data processing for product listings, and implementation of analytical tools).
